Always check your items when you receive them if they are complete or correct. It is possible that the items are wrong or broken. If this happens, please contact us. we will fix this problem for you as quickly as possible
--You receive a defective item.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us to request a replacement
IMPORTANT:We need to be able to identify an item with your order. We can only do this if you follow our returns process. Please do not send us items back that do not follow this process as they cannot be identified properly and will not be replaced or refunded. So before returning your item, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Goods RET-number so that we are able to process your return.
